Solderability Warranty: 30 Days (In view of the risks of usage and storage,buyers must perform a soldering test in pins within 30 days after receipt of shipment,we are not liable for soldering problem due to improper storage environment by customers after 30 days.

Functionality Warranty: 365 Days

No Fake Warranty: We accept return or replacement unconditionally if any parts are found to be counterfeit.

Inside the warranty period if any quality problem is found,please follow up below return procedures,to obtain in-time service,and best solution from us.
1. Provide copies of your PO and our PI,so that we can find out shipping record and more details;
2. Email or fax us quality failure report,so that we can consult with original manufacturer or franchisee FAE,to have a corrent and effective anylysis.

We promise to respond in 24 hours by written after receipt of return request by customers.Upon receipt of customer's failure samples and eligible samples, we shall summit to original manufacturer or authoritative testing house for analysis of failure.Should it be confirmed to be the problem of our parts,we commit to call back all parts and pay cost of shipping back
